Ground level, 2BR/2BA condo, located across from Siesta Key Beach. This very nice unit is completely furnished for you to have a great vacation, including beach chairs and a small cooler. Fully equipped kitchen for preparation of all meals includes dish washer, microwave, and refrigerator. Amenities include local phone service, basic color cable, 3 HD TVs, 2 DVD players, AM/FM stereo radio, cassette, CD player. WiFi Internet access on site at the condo and in Club house. This unit has a screened lanai, with chairs and table. Master bedroom has king bed. Second bedroom has two singles. Living room has a queen pullout. Tenants have covered parking.

The staff at the rental agency, whose office is located in the Club House, clean the condo at the departure of each tenant. Moreover, a thorough cleaning is performed at regular intervals. During your stay, you will find everything you might need, including a vacuum cleaner, for the maintenance of the condo. If you prefer, maintenance during your stay can be provided by the staff of the rental agency for a nominal charge. Tenants have access to a heated pool, picnic tables, barbeque, 2 saunas and the Club House that can be used for special events and where you can also borrow books or movies. There is a dock for mooring boats on the ground of the complex. Waterway leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

1- AT THE SIGNATURE OF THE CONTRACT

• 300$ USD advance reservation deposit required to confirm the booking

2- 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

• 50% of balance is due 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

3- AT CHECK-IN

• The remainder has to be paid on arrival

4- WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER DEPARTURE

• The $300 Security Deposit is returned, less damages.
